Dates and Rates for Summer 2025

• January 5, 2025 - Registration for returning campers and their siblings opens on this page at 12 noon.
  
• January 15, 2025 - Registration for first-time campers opens on this page at 12 noon.

Camper age is generally considered as of June 1st, 2025. However, campers with birthdays during the summer (June - August) may opt into either age group.

Deposit Amounts:

• $500 - One Week Sessions
• $625 - Two Week Sessions
• $750 - Three Week Sessions

You may pay the deposit by mail or credit card. If by mail, your deposit must be postmarked within 7 days of your registration form. You may also request a direct debit invoice within the registration form, in lieu of sending a check. Scholarship applicants do not need to send a deposit.

Camp Celo deposits are 75% refundable until February 15. 50% of the deposit is refundable until March 15. Full tuition is due by May 1st, unless a payment plan is requested.

Tuition balance paid after the deposit is 50% refundable until 28 days prior to the camper session commencing. No tuition refunds less than 28 days prior to camper's session.
